Why Fuel?
- The opportunities in higher education are innumerable after 10+2 and various competitive exams are the gateways for higher education. Only 7 out of 100 at this level are able to continue their education beyond class10.
- This is mainly due to Lack of awareness, Frustration due to the complex system formalities and financial constraints.
- When we realized that many students from rural areas were missing the opportunity to enter a course of study as they were not aware of details concerning about the entrance exams to Institutes which they have to appear, so we decided to ACT and DO something to Minimize this handicap.
- Not being able to be competitive because of foggy or complicated information can be quite harmful for anyone’s future and for his / her career potential.
- For this reason we started compiling all the information and gathered it in a form of book called as "Student’s Fuel" so that everyone could find the information easily, fast and never miss out any opportunity again
- We also started conducting seminars and presentations at various Institutes to students and parents about various career related opportunities, provided helpline to them, conducted Individual counseling for students and sample application Form training of National Exams.
Objectives
- To increase the flow of educational information to students / Teachers by providing books and conducting career guidance presentations and Training them for application & Admission Procedures of various National & State level Examinations.
- To Provide financial assistance to meritorious students to continue their higher
Studies with the guidance and support of non-profit organizations, corporates and Individuals who have urge to contribute their share for the society.
- To motivate youth to contribute towards development of Education
- To work as a 24 * 7 helpline source to all Students & to offer training that leads to enhanced employability.
- To provide technological solutions for application & Admission Procedures ofvarious National & State level Examinations

Message from Founder

"Dream, Dream, Dream, Dream transform into thoughts, and thoughts result in action"
- Dr. Abdul Kalam
"Fantastic!! Well done young boys, go ahead with Fuel" these words are from Dr. Kalam when I met him on 16th January 2007 at Raj Bhavan when he was holding the Highest Authority of India, these Inspirational words are responsible for the birth of Fuel Ngo.
During this Journey of many years, we came across many National Leaders, Government Officials, Corporate Managers, Professors, Principals and students out of which we have realized that the Youth power and potential can only transform India into developed Nation and for which Educational Awareness will be one of the crucial factor. With all your guidance, support we could reach thousands of students, parents and teachers and could find a possible way to deliver minute details about various competitive entrance exams after 10+2. We have many ideas and plans for working towards this cause but lack of infrastructure and finaicial always create hindrance to such youth initiatives .we look forward for your active support and guidance. I take this opportunity to thank all our supporters, Advisors, Partners, Readers and Fuel Volunteers for their cooperation in realization of our dream to "Empower Every Student by 2020."- Ketan Deshpande
